I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The free car park was a great convenience and the hotel's location just outside Saint Rémy was perfect for exploring the area. It was in a residential neighborhood that was not only private, but also beautiful and quiet. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
No issues.

The bed was a little cheap for the price and inconsistent with the high quality of the rest of the hotel's facilities.

This hotel in a very quiet area of Saint-Remy is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the village center. The staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning to ensure a good night's sleep, and some even have a terrace with great views over the garden. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of tasty options to start your day off right. The attention to detail and the level of service here are truly exceptional.

The staff are excellent and unobtrusive and the accomodation is what we expected it to be. The food was a highlight. We had dinner on five of the seven nights we stayed and enjoyed each meal. The food and wine are excellent and reasonably priced.

This hotel is a 'must' if staying in St. Remy-en-Provence. It has character, beauty, gourmet and delicious dinner served on premise ~ and an extremely courteous and helpful staff. Special cudos to Michael & Pierre for making our stay so very lovely. Michael offered to 'pick us up' and we followed with our car, having no real directions once we entered the St. Remy town ~ amazingly accomodating! Definitely a 'return to' lodging experience. Fabulous gardens surround the Mas des Carassins, and it's location is ideal for the charming stone town.

Everything! We needed to STOP after frenetic holidaying and STOP we did! We had planned to make this a base and drive around the area but the atmosphere at Mas des Carassins kept enticing us 'home'. We could easily return right now.

Our stay near the town center was convenient with many amenities nearby. The room had a comfortable bed with a large bathroom and a great rain shower. The hotel staff was friendly and provided a delicious breakfast. The beautiful gardens, two swimming pools, and private parking were exceptional.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was slightly slow and could be improved.

We stayed four nights at Mas de Carassins in St Remy de Provence and thoroughly enjoyed it. We used it as a base for seeing other Provence sights all within easy driving distance. We found the hotel staff very friendly. The room was beautiful and elegantly furnished. The gardens were spectacular with fountains and flowers everywhere. Lots of little nooks and shady corners in the garden to sit out and enjoy the sound of running water and birdsong. We had half board accommodation...and I am glad we did. The breakfasts were generous with hot and cold buffet. The dinners were wonderful gourmet experiences. How great it was to return from a day's sightseeing and not have to worry about booking a restaurant ..but knowing a delicious meal was waiting for us.
On the day we arrived it was raining. As we not staying in the main building we had to walk a short distance to reach the second building. The young man who showed us to our room...fetched an umbrella for himself but did not offer us one. When we arrived at the second building, he stood inside the doorway (efectively blocking our entry out of the rain) and shook his umbrella dry before stepping aside to let us enter. Perhaps a little more consideration for the comfort of the customer might be needed here. Other than this we found all the other staff wonderful.

Great breakfast and dinner, lovely gardens with pools and artistic decor, helpful and friendly staff. The buffet-style breakfast included homemade items, while the French-inspired dinner was outstanding. The gardens were beautifully decorated with sculptures and fountains, and there were two pools to relax in. The staff were helpful and friendly, giving great recommendations for lunch and parking.
Inconsistent room quality and cramped spaces with poor lighting. Some rooms lacked outdoor terraces, while others had low ceilings and cramped showers.
